I start every morning with my MH to wake up my system with cellular oxygen. Doing this has improved my am energy and I no longer get upset stomach from my coffee.
Even using these for a while. Can’t say I feel a difference but I believe they are doing goos for me.
Dissolves quickly and I drink it early in the morning before I eat breakfast for a quick energy boost and to increase my water intake.
So far I like that I have added the hydrogen water to my daily routine. I haven't noticed any specific difference or change yet, but I just started taking it. The smell is a little strange, but nothing too crazy and the taste reminds me of lemon water, or slightly sour water. I take on an empty stomach in the morning and wait at least 30 minutes before eating. I do feel less bloated since taking it so far. I'll report again after a few weeks and see if it helps with faster recovery after workouts.
