Haven’t gotten sick from start of taking this!
Very good preventative supplement
Anytime I begin to feel a little off and think I might be coming down with something, I take the Elderberry packets and within a day or two I feel fine. I haven't been sick with even a cold in two years since I discovered Cymbiotika. I take this along with Vitamin C before traveling to keep my immune system strong.
