Great addition to my daily routine
I purchased this as other reviewers were commenting they felt hydrated. Took the first one midafternoon and wasn't crazy about the taste but gulped it down. The next day I found it easier to get out of bed and noticed about 95% of my chronic pain was gone. I'm now trying 1/2 tablet dissolved in water as I found 1 whole one was too stimulating for me. The pain relief wasn't as profound but have more get up and go. I hope to work up to a whole tablet.
