This is a great replacement for acid reflux pills. Any time I have an upset stomach from something I ate or drank, I take a packet of Activated Charcoal and within 20 minutes, I feel better. Great product. Taste is good too
I think I need to share this -I was traveling in Asia for almost a month this summer, and the day before my flight back to the U.S., I came down with a bad case of diarrhea and a terrible stomach ache. I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to make the flight because I felt so sick.
Thankfully, I had brought activated charcoal with me. I took one dose that day and another on the day of my flight. I also made sure to take electrolytes to help replenish what I had lost.
To my surprise, it really helped cleanse my system—no stomach pain or diarrhea during the flight! My tummy was still a bit sore, but I kept taking the charcoal for a few more days and felt so much better.

I added on the Activated Charcoal to my daily routine after earning a birthday reward with Cymbiotika and it's been a great addition! I do feel as though it helps with digestion. My one note is to make sure that you shake it up really well before taking it, as sometimes the charcoal gets a bit clumped together in one section of the package!
I’ve been taking the charcoal for almost two weeks. Very happy to say that I’m noticeably less bloated. Not the most tasty product from Cymbiotika, but it works!
