I recently tried Cymbiotika’s Activated Charcoal, Vitamin C, and B12, and overall, I’ve been impressed with the quality of their products. The Activated Charcoal is great for digestion and detox, and I noticed it helped with bloating and overall gut health. The Vitamin C has a nice consistency and is easy to take—perfect for immune support and skin health. The B12 has a pleasant taste and gave me a noticeable boost in energy and focus. I've been dealing with cystic acne for the 6 years and I've tried so many things (skin care, treatments, dietary changes, etc), but nothing has really helped. A few weeks after starting the charcoal I noticed my skin became clearer! It hasn't fully removed all acne but it has about 90% and the acne I do still have is significantly less severe.
