I have tried many vitamin D and have even gotten shots in the past but this one is liquid and easily absorbed. My husband and I both notice the difference !!
I’ve been using the Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2 + CoQ10 for a little while now, and so far, so good. I can’t say I feel a noticeable difference yet, but the flavor is pleasant and easy to take. My only critique is that one full dose requires 12 pumps directly into the mouth, fewer pumps would definitely make it more convenient. Despite that, I plan to repurchase because it seems to be a solid, well-formulated product.
I can be picky when I’m choosing my supplements. I specifically wanted D3 with K2, and ended up wanting to take CoQ10 as well, and wanted all three to be in liquid form so I can add it to my daily morning breakfast smoothie. Happy to have found all I wanted in one product!
