8/2025 had gastric hernia surgery. Post surgery my acupuncturist recommended I start taking charcoal to detox and eliminate bloating digestive track. Activated Charcoal worked immediately. This is by far the best activated charcoal I’ve ever tried when you feel bloated and your stomach doesn’t feel right you take this and everything starts to feel better.
Highly recommend this supplement. If you want to decrease your bloating this is the product for you.
This packet tastes so good and is easy to use. The only downside is that it has to be taken on an empty stomach and/or an hour after food or supplements so I find it can be difficult to fit into my daily routine. Otherwise love this!
