I’ve tried many different methylated B12 /B6 vitamins from various brands, but Cymbiotika is by far the best one. I have energy and clarity that I didn’t have before taking this. I focus better during the day too. It tastes like red berries and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I recommend this to everyone!
This was recommended to take with NMN and they’re definitely doin something. I felt more energized throughout the day and my husbands been sick for 2wks. I truly believe this combo has something to so with how I was able to stay healthy (and he takes more supplements than me that are expensive)
