I've taken various D3+K2 vitamins for years that have kept my D levels where they should be. However, I'm tired of coated capsules and pills, and unsure of the ingredients to make the D. I much prefer this setup, and with the added CoQ10 which is great for brain health! I'll be curious to see how my lab results turn out...next year. The down side? Very expensive!
